His nephew, Dean, trailered a purchased donkey to his ranch for me because it saved me a half days drive. I repaid him back the following year and trailered his donkey to the 2006 sale. I was saddened to hear the news of his passing in April of 2007. I always wanted a Merlin daughter, so I attended his herd dispersal sale in Indiana in June. Princess is small, stocky and very friendly. It is going to be hard to wait 3 1/2 years to see her first baby, but well worth it. | |||
